How our journey began
As small business owners ourselves, we needed a way to manage our online reputation and grow in a positive way while learning from small mistakes along the way. The power of online reviews make or break your hard earned business presence and after realizing that an upset customer often only wants to be heard by the owner who can then deal with any potential problems directly we knew we needed a way to powerfully and proactively interact with clients while growing our online reviews.
More often than not, a customer is also more likely to leave a bad review than a good one, so we also needed a way to intercept bad feedback while encouraging customers who would leave a positive review to actually do so.
So born was Osasity, a comprehensive a powerful way to maximize positive reviews from customers while receiving upset customers feedback directly so the public reputation of our business didn’t suffer.
The idea was created out of necessity and used in beta by our own business as well as friends businesses before we decided this tool should be shared with other small business owners who may be suffering from the same situation with their online reviews.
We delighted to offer Osasity to small businesses to help them thrive in todays marketplace and truly believe they will wonder how they ever lived without it.
